Heart & Joy
The heart is the powerhouse of the body! It consist of smooth muscle that pumps blood in and out of the heart chambers to allow blood flow and circulation. The heart has a very important physical job, but can be weakened with improper foods and stress. The heart is linked to the Cerebellum, and Cerebral Medulla of the brain, which are associated with decision-making processes, identity, clarity, self-confidence and mental integration. When stagnant, self-esteem can drop to low levels and one may feel overwhelmed, which then can create chest tightness and pain.
The following impact the heart at the cellular level.
Stress (overwhelming conflict)
Pollutants such as 4 phenylcyclohexene (carpet backing)
Dioxane (industrial solvent)
Measles-Mumps-Rubella vaccination
EMF from cellphones and microwaves
Prolonged stress, repeated frustration, resentment, depression or juggling too many activities without enough “down time”, all contribute to a build up of heart stagnation, which disrupts the blood's proper flow throughout the chambers.
When the heart is sluggish and running at a low voltage, one may experience changes in body temp, numbness, lack of circulation, low menstrual flow, urinary and low sex drive. Consequently, this may affect the lungs ability to oxygenate. When the heart is overcharged and overexerted, one may experience anxiety, sleep difficulties, insomnia, painful joints, hyper sexuality, infections, and inflamed sinuses. Consequently, this can dry out the stool and cause constipation.
The current Summer heat can be overwhelming to an imbalanced heart. Therefore, make laughter a regular part of your day, consume cooling foods, and remember to move/stretch to increase blood flow and promote endorphin release <3
