Cellular Hydration

Is your body properly hydrated?

Water is the universal solvent. What do solvents do? Absorb, dissolve, and transform substances.

You need water to absorb electron-rich, organic minerals, and remove unwanted heavy toxins from the cells. Water keeps joints lubricated, aids body temperature regulation, and assist mood and cognition.

Water gets into the nooks and crannies of molecules and cleans things up.

Visualize water as your internal purifier, your internal cleanser, and a vital life-line!

Remember, it’s important that your drinking water has minerals! Now these essential minerals will get into the nooks and crannies and power up the cells.

Types of Water

  • Bottled water is mostly tap water that has been sitting in toxic plastic for long periods of time. Artesian water bottles have a higher profile in mineral rich silica (silica binds to aluminum)- Fiji Water. Natural spring water will have a natural mineral profile- Evian.

  • Reverse osmosis is filtered water (free of contaminants), but has had all the mineral stripped out (dead water).

  • Alkaline water has added minerals to help it reach a higher ph level. Certain alkaline machines increase the pH of the water by allowing it to run pass metal plates (Kangen). With regular use, titanium and platinum may begin to accumulate in the body from these plates. I do not recommend metal plate alkalizers.

-Individuals with copper piped homes, will often show copper dis regulation within their system, via Hair Mineral Analysis. Dark spotting on the face, depression, and metabolic dysfunction may show up over time from regular utilization of copper water lines.

  • Local Spring water (depending on geographical location) is mineral rich and the movement of the flowing streams would naturally enhance it. Movement = Structured- Alive, electron rich water.

  • Fruit is nature’s perfect structured water (oranges). Fruit naturally contains minerals that the cells crave.

Hydration Tips

  • Add lemon to your drinking water and 1/4 tsp of salt (Redmonds Real Salt or Celtic salt)

  • Limit the amount of plastic bottles of water you are purchasing

  • Refill your water from a spring or local reverse osmosis machines (glass containers are best)

  • Enhance your water with minerals: LMNT, Cellcore CT Minerals

  • Use a shower filter to remove contaminants- chlorine/fluoride: Ultimate Dual KDF shower filter

  • Invest in a home filtration system or small home filter: Reverse Osmosis Filter

  • Avoid processed sugary drinks with artificial food coloring (Gatorade), soda, or carbonated drinks that decrease stomach acid

  • For every cup of caffeine, drink an extra cup of hydrating liquid

Stay mindful of your hydration levels throughout the day. Proper cellular hydration is key to your vitality!
