Earth Day
More than ever, it has become apparent that the earth would like better care. From hydraulic fracking, greenhouse gases, weed killer, and plastic pollution; the earth has taken a chemical hit. These chemicals end up in our water streams and water supply that not only impact you directly but also our insect and animal ecosystems. Despite these harsh conditions, you can be the change! First, clean up all toxins you may be purchasing. Be mindful of avoiding toxic chemical cleaners. Shift to natural cleaners and avoid artificial fragrant products. Also it beneficial to utilize regular air ventilation by opening windows and have air purifiers running at home. If you are struggling with allergens, carpet may be a thing you want to consider removing. Carpet collects dirt, pollen, dust, and bacteria faster than open floor spaces. Nevertheless, small changes can create great shifts for your home life on the great earth.
