Life: Add in fun activities, reduce stress and overwhelming tasks.
Energy: Energize your cells with sunshine, nature, grounding, and reduce electromagnetic frequency at night.
Water: Add purity and structure to drinking water and reduce contaminants.
Food: Go organic and choose food in whole form that are grown from the ground and/ or trees.
Exercise: Get moving at least 30 minutes for adults and one hour + for kids.

Emotions: Decrease negative self talk and allow yourself to feel.
